Education is not just dumping information but bringing forth the best in the child. Education
is not what to think but how to think. It is making a child transform from being efficient to
proficient. Being a part of such soulful support on education is an indispensible gift to a
child.

When crisis forces families to make difficult decisions about schooling for their children, often it is young girls who are kept at home and denied a chance at a better life. Education is the greatest gift which a child can ever have. The mission of our Jnanadana project to involve the society for development of vulnerable children and youth through education.

 

For just Rs. 500 a month you can put a child in the school. It will change his life for ever and its will bring you a joy for life. Education should be by chance or by choice, as it’s the pillar of the child’s future.

Overview

Children from poverty-stricken families need school supplies, uniforms, and shoes in order to attend public school. This volunteer-run scholarship project, now in the fifth year, provides help to 60 students.
